Overview

Your home screen. The Dashboard is a real-time snapshot of today's activity — open it first thing in the morning to confirm the system is healthy and to see overnight activity at a glance.

Everything on this page is scoped to the merchant currently active in the sidebar. If you've got access to multiple merchants, switching the merchant in the dropdown reloads every tile.

What you can do

  • See today's gross sales and transaction count, refreshed live as new payments come in.
  • Spot processor health problems early — the approval rate indicator turns yellow at 92% and red at 85%.
  • Open recent transactions one click away from the activity feed.
  • Jump into the busiest workflows (Transactions, Batches, Reports) from the quick-link tiles.

Step-by-step

Triage a slow morning
  1. 1Check the Total Sales tile against yesterday at the same time.
  2. 2Look at the Approval Rate indicator — yellow or red means a processor is rejecting cards.
  3. 3Click into Transactions to see if rejections cluster on one card brand or one terminal.
  4. 4If it's a processor issue, contact your ISV; if it's one terminal, restart it from the Settings page on that device.

Reference — every button & field

Total Revenue tile
Sum of approved sales for today, in your merchant's local timezone. Excludes voided and refunded transactions.
Transactions tile
Count of approved transactions today across every payment method (card, ACH, cash, check, other).
Active Customers tile
Distinct customers in your database. Stays in sync as you add or remove customer records.
Success Rate tile
Percentage of charge attempts that approved today. Below 92% turns the indicator yellow; below 85% turns it red.
Recent Transactions feed
Most recent ten transactions across all payment methods. Each row shows reference, amount, type, status, and how long ago it happened. Click a row to open the transaction detail.
Health indicator (top right of header)
Pulsing green = healthy, yellow = approval rate dipping, red = something failing repeatedly. Hover for the exact approval-rate number.

Tips & gotchas

  • Tiles read from a cached aggregate that refreshes every minute. If a brand-new transaction doesn't show up immediately, wait 30 seconds before assuming something's broken.
  • Empty state ("No transactions yet") is normal at 6 a.m. — it just means today's activity hasn't started.
