Set the pricing every merchant under your account pays for SMS. Volume bands set a flat fee for each monthly volume range; the overage rate kicks in above the highest band.

Volume bands

Stepped flat fees by monthly SMS volume. Example: 1–300 = $0, 301–500 = $5, 501–1000 = $10. Above the top tier, the overage rate applies per message.
